Wife discovers
A couple attends a high school reunion, and the husband’s gaze is fixed on a stunning, inebriated woman as she downs glass after glass of gin at a nearby table. His wife notices and queries,
“Do you know her?”
The husband sighs, “Yes, she’s my ex-wife.”
“She turned to drinking right after our divorce seven years ago, and I’ve heard she hasn’t been sober since,” the husband explains.
“My goodness!” exclaims the wife. “Who would have thought someone could keep celebrating for that long?”
