BREAKING: Update on Queen Camilla as she suddenly stops her royal duties. Prayers needed for Charles ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Check Comments ๐Ÿ‘‡

Queen Camilla will take a break from her royal duties after King Charles cancer diagnosis

With Harry and Meghan stepping down from their royal duties and Prince Andrew becoming estranged from the family, the number of working royals has significantly decreased. Unfortunately, this number decreased even further in recent months after Kate Middleton underwent what was described as a “planned” abdominal surgery and King Charles was diagnosed with cancer, necessitating both of them to take some time off.

Kate is anticipated to resume her royal duties no earlier than Easter, while the King divides his time between London, where he undergoes weekly treatments, and Sandringham, the royal estate in Norfolk, England.

While both royals either cleared their schedules or postponed certain royal engagements, their significant others, as well as other members of the royal family, stepped in for them.

Queen Camilla had a challenging few weeks where she had to shoulder a lot of responsibility for the royal family. Among other duties, she led the royal family at the memorial service for the late King Constantine of Greece, and now, according to the Palace, she will also be taking a week off.

Camilla is anticipated to resume her regular duties on March 11, as she is scheduled to lead the Royal Family at Westminster Abbey for the Commonwealth Day service.

During her week off, she will be spending time with her husband, the King, and the rest of the members of the Firm. King Charles was diagnosed with a form of cancer following surgery for an enlarged prostate, but no details regarding the type or stage of the cancer have been disclosed.

The King recently released a statement expressing gratitude for the well-wishes he received and took the opportunity to thank his people during his meeting with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

Regarding Kate, the Palace reiterated the seriousness of her condition with a statement emphasizing that the Princess of Wales would remain out of public duties until after Easter. Updates from Kensington Palace would only be provided when deemed significant.

โ€œIโ€™ve received numerous wonderful messages and cards. They’ve moved me to tears most of the time,โ€ King Charles shared with Sunak during their meeting.

He also mentioned the increased attention on cancer charities, many of which he has supported for years, with a hint of humor.
