“I might have walked right past you if you were blonde! It’s like you’re a whole new person,” remarked one user. “Blonde isn’t her vibe at all! Bet it’s just a wig, but hey, it’s fun to switch things up!” added another.

But for Marie, this change is more than just a switch in hair color – it’s about embracing a whole new vibe! Speaking to Closer Weekly before her hair transformation, she mentioned, “If my hair goes completely gray and I can’t dye it black anymore, I’ll give blonde a shot!”

Marie also discussed the DIY hair struggles during the pandemic. With salons closed, she resorted to virtual consultations with her hairstylist for help.

“I called her up and asked, ‘How’s it looking?’ and she replied, ‘Honestly, you really can’t do hair, can you?'” Marie shared with ET Online, laughing about the challenges.

Marie shared that her hairstylist had been her guiding light during that period, providing valuable advice. “She talked me through it all. She suggested I pull my hair forward into a ponytail, covering the grays so they wouldn’t be visible,” Marie revealed.

Despite the minor hurdles, the always upbeat Marie found joy in the journey of experimentation. “It’s exciting because there are so many tricks to hide imperfections and save both time and money,” she mused.

Among the reactions to her new blonde hair, one comment stood out: “Wow! You really went for it with the blonde!”
